Doubletree by Hilton Yerevan City Centre

The only thing that saves this hotel is the Thai spq located on their property

We were given a room with a bed full of hairs. When we asked to have the sheets changed they said there was nothing the hotel could do because housekeeping was gone for the day. The next day they didn¿t even say sorry or try to make it up to us

Staff were very friendly ,clean room, overall loved this hotel , I was talking to my family and telling them I would definitely come to this hotel next time I visit Armenia

air conditioning temperature was set by the hotel for each room which was a little too warm than I would have set it for. Had to ask them twice to bring down the temperature in order to cool off the room.

Friendly and respectful staff

Location being in the less desirable part of town.

I liked the easy communication before arrival, the friendly staff ! The cleanliness and the comfort of the room !

We had a tiny issue with the WiFi but nothing major.

Excellent locationClean and spacious roomsVery helpful and friendly staffGood breakfast spread

No Armenian restaurant inside the hotel

The friendly staff, the location and most of all, the cleanliness! Beds very comfortable and great breakfast.

All good

Clean and modern, good location and decent quality menu for room service. Staff was very polite and proactive. We had a nice room on the 13th floor with far views of Mount Ararat Peak covers in snow during summer time.

A small mistake during check out which was promptly rectified by the competent staff.

Good location, Friendly staff, clean and pleasant room.

There isn't a good selection of TV channels. The refrigerator works only when the room card is inserted. When removing the card, it no longer works.

Only the location is great.

Attitude of the staff. Very arrogant. Only keeping 2 tea bags per day for 2 persons n when आसखेफ more lot of questioning as if we are beggars. After paying such a tariff this was totally ridiculous n can not be tolerated. Not bringing the full ordered items n when cross questioned then getting it. Not a Hilton standard at all. In future I will avoid Hilton.

While breakfast was excellent and facilities are fair and clean the most biggest credit went to stuff. Their customer centricity and delivering exceptional service are on the highest level. Thank You for Your service, it would be nice and wise to visit Double Tree Yerevan again

Stuff, place, bed

That the breakfast was not included and it was quite expensive.

There wasn’t anything which stood out that can be considered good, especially for the price.

Rooms below basic, No minibar, Food was disgusting! Sandwiches which will give you diseases, and last of all the reception staff specifically “Armen” was completely disrespectful and should not be working at any Hilton brand

Customer Service is very good, staffs were courteous, respectful and helpful, our stay was very comfortable

the rooms and hotel were smelling pleasant

the room cleanliness was not upto double tree standards , the bed covers were not changed , breakfast was the same for 3 consecutive days

it should remove the Hilton name from the end because i was expecting the Hilton hotelIt is very expensive compared to the features itwar does not have

warm room slow elevator poor lobby mattresses cause back pain poor service

A good and clean property in an excellent location. Bar staff could have been more friendly and endearing , bar was always empty. Excellent breakfast too

Bar

I usually couldn’t sleep when traveling because of the bed and pillows but staying here is completely the opposite, me and my friend slept like a baby. The breakfast was amazing. Our room is squeaky clean. Especially the staffs are helpful and pleasant to talk with. I lost my cap on the cab and the reception staffs helped me to fix the issue and I got back the item. Amazing stay for us and will definitely come back.

Nothing to mention

Location isn’t very close to city center but close to IELTS centre. Very good experience with stuff, room, breakfast. Everything was amazing

Everything was great! The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very tasty with a good selection. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. I felt the luxury without the stuffiness. Rather good location (close to the main square, walking distance). Gym was open 24/7. Nice wellness center with saunas.

Nothing much. Although there are not many restaurants in the neighborhood (still walking distance from the hotel). Few times I had a problem with WiFi connection.
